Summit

Youth Summit is the annual conference for university students and young adults across Bujumbura. Campus teams go into universities throughout the year with the Gospel. Once a year, more than 2,500 young adults come together for a full day of teaching, worship, and encounter with God.

The Summit

Youth Summit begins in the universities. Throughout the year, Aletheia Truth Revealed sends teams onto campuses and into young adult communities across Bujumbura to bring the Gospel to students in the middle of their daily lives. These are not invitations to an event. They are conversations about God, identity, and purpose, happening in the places where students already are.

Once a year, the annual summit brings it all together. More than 2,500 university students and young adults from across the city gather for a full day built around one question: who does God say you are? The teaching is grounded in Scripture. The worship is genuine. And the altar is open to anyone who has never made a decision about Jesus and is ready to make one now.

University is the age when most of the foundational decisions get made. What you believe about yourself, about God, about what your life is supposed to be for. Those decisions tend to happen in these years, whether or not a person is aware they are making them. Youth Summit exists to make sure the Gospel is in that conversation.

Young adults who encounter God at this age carry it into everything that comes next: their professions, their families, their communities. That is the long-term investment Youth Summit is making in Burundi.
