Our Focus
Prisons and hospitals are places filled with people at the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Aletheia USA supports ministry teams that enter these spaces regularly, bringing the Gospel, compassionate prayer, and spiritual care to those who are often forgotten by society.
Across Burundi, our partners carry out consistent, relational ministry in correctional facilities and hospital wards. They do not just visit once and leave. They come back, they follow up, and they walk with people through the most difficult seasons of their lives.
What We Do
Our Vision
No correctional facility in Burundi should go without the presence of the Gospel. We work toward a future where every prison is regularly visited by trained, caring ministry teams who bring truth and hope.
Illness and suffering can be isolating. Our vision is for every hospital ward to be touched by the compassion and presence of Christ through the faithful work of bedside ministry volunteers and chaplains.
A single visit is only the beginning. We believe in long-term follow-up and discipleship for everyone who responds, ensuring that their faith is nurtured and their life is genuinely transformed.
